Does it need an app?
No. This version is controlled entirely by the 3 buttons on the body.
Can I use it underwater?
Yes. The Suspension Cabin is designed for use in water, including the shower and bath. Always charge it dry, never in a wet environment.
Can I remove the sleeve?
No. The sleeve is built in and the thrusting happens inside it. Because the whole device is waterproof, you can wash it directly under running water.
Can I use it while it’s charging?
No. It won’t run during charging. Unplug the cable once charging is finished, then turn it on.
How loud is it?
Noise is rated at 60 dB or less.
Why did it stop on its own?
It shuts off after 30 minutes in pause. If the motor stalls, the light flashes rapidly and it resumes once the stall clears; repeated stalls turn it off for protection.
